how
we do it
Learn to Inspire – a uniquely
comprehensive, inspiring and highly effective learning design and development
model for creating positive work environments, meeting development, performance
management, training, workshops, retreats and orientations. Bring your workplace
learning approach to reality by designing and developing:
·
The Subject Matter (in relation
to the target learners and you’re the needs of your business)
·
Desired Transformation (what new
belief, understanding or acceptance they will take on)
·
Learning Experience (what will
the experience feel, look and be like for the learners as individuals, teams and
a culture)
·
Purpose/Goals (what is the point
of the learning and what steps will be taken in the process)
·
Learning Competencies (the new
attitude, knowledge and skills employees attain)
The inspired learning model
approach creates a safe and effective space for people to learn faster,
integrate the learning more fully and transfer the learning to new situations.
Employees will work more
accurately and efficiently and with greater joy, respectfulness, enthusiasm and
innovativeness for customer interactions and team work.
·
Productivity enhanced
·
Performance developed
·
Potential reached
·
Profits
increased
Workshops/Retreats - Our inspired and blended learning model approach provides to perfect
environment for learning that is effectively transferred to the work. Customized
to meet your topic and participant needs and incorporating the Learn to Inspire
model of design, development and facilitation.
Coaching -
Knowing you have what it takes to succeed in your role as manager, business
owner and community leader is the greatest gift toward achieving the results you
want. Great leaders also know that having the right support and guidance can
allow the space for reaching great potential.
·
Coaching is an ongoing
relationship, which focuses on the client taking action toward the realization
of their vision, goal, or desires.
·
Coaching uses a process of
inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness,
recognition of strengths, talents and gifts, and provides structure, support and
feedback.
·
The coaching process helps
clients both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with
more ease than would be possible otherwise.
·
Coaches tap into your own
expertise, facilitate learning, are your mirror and allow you to claim
responsibility for what you do and how you be.

Learning Approach/Philosophy
Honoring learners for their own innate wisdom and celebrating progress made in
mastering a new subject.
Our learning
programs are conducted using the
Inspired Learning Model
approach in which we are certified
facilitators. This model honors
the learner for his or her own innate wisdom and celebrates progress
made in mastering a new subject. It is based on the principle that learning
takes place when individuals are open to learn and the learning
environment is one that is safe. Using the model, individuals will learn more, learn
faster, integrate more effectively and be genuinely inspired. The
Inspired Learning Model creates joy and a deep sense of personal
fulfillment from the learning process.

Seeing the magnificence in the big picture and
in the small details.

Coaching Client:
Through coaching I’ve learned how to talk to people with love and compassion.
I’ve also learned that it isn’t always about me and that sometimes people’s
reactions are really about their own issues. I don’t need to own their reaction
and that is a choice I can make. Life is all about choices. think everyone could
benefit from coaching with Linda. She has great compassion, tools to work with
and lets you set the pace while nudging you when it is warranted.

Renew
Stagnation can bring creativity and productivity
to a halt. If you have noticed loss of energy and enthusiasm in
yourself or in others with whom you live or work, the need for
rejuvenation
may
be at hand. One of the ways in which to renew that valuable spark
is through the opportunity of self-discovery, generating goals and
priorities or just simply to “be” who you are in what you do.
Elevate
You know you are
good at what you do. You’ve been successful. Perhaps you now wonder if
there is more, a higher level that makes what you value most the driver
in all that you do and allows you to be who you truly are.
Accentuate
Your strengths and
magnificent qualities are the reason you have succeeded so far. In what
ways can those strengths be accentuated to help create the vision you
have in mind for yourself or your business?
Capture
How do you capture
positive energy and potential and make it a dynamic part of the package
you offer? Learn ways to fuel and sustain the energy and strengths
needed to succeed.
Highest
Potential
Where do you want
to go? What and who do you want to be? Set your sights on your own
fantastic future and learn the skills and get the support you need to
see it a reality |
